Book Korean Lash Lift

By booking an appointment with Chosen Beauti, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Chosen Beauti does not accept cancellations.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule at least 24 hours before your original appointment start time.

• Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment/deposit.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be accepted.
• After the one permitted reschedule, a new appointment and deposit will be required.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without providing notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the appointment may no longer be honored.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a client does not provide notice and is 15 minutes or more late for their scheduled appointment.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. A new deposit will also be required before booking another appointment.

Guests

No extra guests are permitted. Please arrive alone to your appointment unless otherwise approved by Chosen Beauti in advance.

Lash Appointment Preparation

Please arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, eye makeup, oils, or strip-lash adhesive unless a lash removal has been included with your appointment.

If you are booking a new set and currently have lash extensions from another artist, please make sure the appropriate removal service is added when necessary.

Service Results

Lash retention and service results may vary depending on natural lash condition, skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medications, hormones, and other individual factors. Chosen Beauti cannot guarantee an exact retention period.

Please disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, recent eye procedures, or other concerns that may affect your service.

Chosen Beauti reserves the right to modify, postpone, or refuse a service when necessary for the safety of the client or lash artist.

Final Acknowledgment

By submitting your deposit and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Chosen Beauti Booking Policy, including the non-refundable deposit, no-cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, and guest policies.
